Abstract |
A total no of 20 Sea Turtles ( Red eared turtle collected from (Red sea , Pet stores and Giza zoo ). 40 samples taken (20 buccal and 20 cloacal samples) And 15 water samples collected where Turtle samples previously collected. isolates were confirmed by PCR as (8) Aeromonas Hydrophila isolates with apercentage of (8%) of Total isolates and (5) vibrio alginolyticus(9%) of total isolates . the highest percent of infection detected in isolates from Red sea and Pet Stores with equal percentage of (33%) Then samples from Giza zoo with apercentage of (25%). the obtained results demonstrate that Aeromonas hydrophila isolates gave highly sensitivity to Norfloxacin (6/8) (85.71%) , Gentamycin 5/8 (62.42%) and Ceftriaxone 5/8 (62.42%), While show highly resistant to Amoxicillin 6/8 (85.71%) , Ampicillin and Rifamycin (4/8) 50% . (5)vibrio alginolyticus gave positive reaction to collagenase gene. some virulent genes were detected in Aeromonas hydrophila isolates as (Alt and Act) genes. |
